2015 Green In Action Award Winners
Thank you to all schools and youth groups who submitted their sustainability projects, lessons, or activities!
A special congratulations to Boynton Beach Community High School selected as the 2015 Green in Action winner this year! As the winner, they will receive $250 for their class!

As the semi-finalists, each school will receive $100 for their class! Our U.S. Winner is Grassy Waters Elementary School of West Palm Beach, Fl. Our International Winner is Al Ahmad Public School System of Multan, Pakistan. Best Presentation Winner is McKinney Byrd Academy of Shreveport, LA.
Check out this year’s runners up:
Castleton Village School, Castleton VT; Buena High School, Sierra Vista, AZ, Dr. Thomas Esparza Elementary, Edinburgh, TX; Carolina High Schooland Academy, Greenville, SC, and Maplewood-Richmond Heights Middle School, Maplewood, MO.
All will receive reusable shopping bags for their class.

The work being done nationwide around sustainability is truly inspiring and makes an enormous impact. Projects are reviewed based on the impact on students and the community, outcomes, creativity, and sustainable nature.
