Lesson Description:
You will be conducting a hallway lighting audit. Your goal is to determine the cost of lighting the hallways in your schools. There are several things to consider when conducting a lighting audit of the hallways. You will need to explore the number, types, and watts of all the light bulbs, similar to what you have done in the classrooms and other rooms in the school. But there are also some basic questions you should consider as well. You will likely use observations more than calculations to answer these questions. You may need to consult with the custodian or administration for answers to some of your questions.
