Getting Oriented with Transportation
Lesson Description:
To orient students to the major issues involved with transportation (specifically the shift to alternative fuels), to the six-week unit ahead, and to working in teams.
This lesson helps students gain a basic understanding of transportation issues, using some provided reading and guided questions, along with an activity allowing students to focus specifically on their community transportation crises.
